Orders :

Orders can be place by phone or internet. It is also possible to visit our studio by appointment, where you may find a larger selection of merchendise.

Payments :

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments made on our website are made using a credit card and the PayPal payment system which is secure and easy to use.

Gift Certificates :

It is possible to purchase gift certificates in $10 increments. We can also send the certificates directly to the person you wish to surprise.

Privacy Policy :

Sarcastik would like to assure you that none the personal information you provide will be shared with third parties.

Please note that we will be using photos of our creations, including ones that you may have purchased, for promotional purposes.

Mailing List :

When you purchase an item from our store we will automatically add your name to our mailing list in order to keep you updated about our new products and special events. If you do not wish to receive these notices, please let us know by email and we will immediately remove your name from our mailing list. 

Delivery :

All our products will be delivered at the beginning of the week following confirmation of payment. Please allow for normal delivery times by Canada Post: 3-4 days for Canada, 4-6 days for the United States and 7-9 days for international deliveries.

Delivery Charges :

A charge of $4 per item will be added to your order for shipping within Canada, $8 for the United States, and $14 for international deliveries. 

Returns and Exchanges :

We will accept returns and exchanges for 7 days after receiving your shipment. If the size is incorrect or the product is not what you ordered you may return the merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless due to an error by Sarcastik. Products can not have been worn, washed or used. You may choose a reimbursment or a credit not which will be valid for a period of two months.
